They are now looking for a dynamic and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to lead their friendly teams in Theatre.  If you have demonstrated experience in the area and relevant qualifications, then this job may be your new challenge. This position will allow you to display your leadership skills through the daily coordination and management of clinical services in the ward.

Essential Criteria -

• Registered Nurse with current SA registration

   

• Management experience

   

• Problem solving, team building and change management skills

   

• Excellent communication skills

   

• Ability to develop and nurture staff - with responsibilities for performance improvement activities

   

• Advanced leadership skills

   

• Quality and Risk management
