They are now looking for a dynamic and motivated Clinical Nurse Unit Manager to lead their friendly team on the Sugical Orthopedic ward.  If you have demonstrated experience in the area and relevant qualifications, then this job may be your new challenge. This position will allow you to develop your leadership skills through the daily coordination and management of clinical services in the ward.

Essential Criteria -

• Registered Nurse with current SA registration
• Management experience
• Problem solving, team building and change management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop and nurture staff - with responsibilities for performance improvement activities
• Advanced leadership skills
• Quality and Risk management
