If you are an EN looking for greater recognition and appreciation, join our nursing team at ”Somerton Lodge”, “Ridgehaven Lodge” or “Hillside Lodge”.
We offer salary packaging ($16,050 tax-free per year), paid maternity leave, flexible leave options and excellent hourly rates, eg EN Y6 Diploma qualified PM rate $24.28.
You’ll need good communication skills, the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team and genuine commitment to the provision of quality care. Experience in residential aged care will be highly regarded, however those who have a genuine desire to work in aged care are encouraged to apply.
We have permanent PM and N/D shifts at “Somerton Lodge”, various AM, PM and N/D shifts at “Ridgehaven Lodge” and “Hillside Lodge” facility, near Stirling has several permanent AM and PM shifts. Casual positions are also available at each site plus a significant number of relief shifts due to staff on leave.
For that rare EN who offers both excellent clinical skills, coupled with flexibility, an attractive remuneration will be offered to work across all sites as part of our newly established casual pool. |
