We have an urgent need for highly skilled and experienced RNs looking to develop expertise in leadership and clinical care.
Responsible for the assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care you will also lead and mentor care teams. Effective use of our computerised care and documentation management system is an essential part of this role, hence good IT skills are essential.
Experience in residential aged care and/or palliative care will be highly regarded, however, if you have a desire to work in aged care, your application is welcome, training will be provided.

Work close to home and choose the shifts which suit your lifestyle! Our “Somerton Lodge” facility is offering permanent PM and weekend shifts. Both “Ridgehaven Lodge” and “Hillside Lodge” have permanent Saturday shifts available. Casual and relieving positions are also available at each site.
